Central East Women's Fastpitch League

Central East Women's Fastpitch League (CEWFL) in Aurora, Ontario, is an organization dedicated to empowering women and girls to participate in competitive fastpitch softball. With a strong focus on promoting skill development, leadership, and personal excellence, the league offers divisions for players of all ages, ranging from U11 to Open Division. The CEWFL is aligned with Softball Canada's strategic model for Long-Term Player Development, emphasizing the importance of participation, enjoyment, and competition in shaping well-rounded athletes.

The league comprises eleven fastpitch softball associations, collectively providing a platform for women and girls to showcase their talents and passion for the sport. The CEWFL prides itself on fostering a safe and respectful environment for players to grow and develop as individuals, both on and off the field. New associations are encouraged to reach out to the league's Executive for support in joining or establishing a fastpitch softball program in their community.

The Aurora Diggers, a prominent member association within the league, exemplify these principles by prioritizing the development of the total person, not just the athlete.
