“A little bit about us. Our founder, Nicky Gladman, has been teaching Pilates in Cheltenham for 20 years, and she established Cheltenham Pilates Studios in its current location back in 2009. The studio specialises in Reformer Pilates classes, Mat Pilates, and Barre classes, as well as semi-private All-Equipment classes and private one-to-one sessions. At the heart of what we do is our fabulous team of teachers.
As a specialist Pilates studio, all of our teachers have highly-respected qualifications and years of experience. We pride ourselves on being a happy and friendly community, where smiles and laughter in class are just as important as the Pilates itself.
We have strong links with spinal and orthopaedic surgeons, physiotherapists, osteopaths, chiropractors, GPs, and other health professionals. Furthermore, we frequently receive referrals for rehab help and support, both pre- and post-op. Our studio is housed in a beautiful former mission church with high vaulted ceilings, solid oak floors, and an abundance of light and ventilation. It's an inspiring and peaceful space to take some time out for yourself, make friends, and enjoy the benefits of a regular Pilates practise.
