In addition to the Parklands Leisure Centre sessions, Cheryl teaches adult yoga classes at St. Paul's Church in Oadby on Thursday evenings. Led in partnership with Nilesh Bhatha, participants can explore different styles and benefit from the support of two experienced instructors.
