Coaches work closely with gymnasts to set individual goals and provide encouragement and support throughout their training. Gymnasts are required to attend a minimum of three training sessions per week, with additional conditioning and flexibility classes offered to enhance their physical abilities. As gymnasts progress in this program, they have the opportunity to qualify for the Alberta Provincial Team and represent the club at national-level competitions.
