Mayfair Arts Center (MAC)

Mayfair Arts Center (MAC), a program of Chicago Human Rhythm Project, is a bustling multi‑purpose space in Calumet Heights used for classes, rehearsals, informal performances and special events. CHRP and its Core Resident Partners offer classes for children, teens, adults, and elders in Tap, West African, Hip Hop, Steppin, Fitness, Ballet and North African Belly Dance, among others. The MAC also serves as a business development hub, providing subsidized space and support for small nonprofit arts organizations and independent artists. It is a vibrant hub for community, education, and performance on Chicago's South Side.
