For female members, there is a Ladies Only Area available.

Supervised hours at City Centre are from Monday to Wednesday, 5:15 AM to 7:00 PM, Tuesday, and Thursday from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Friday from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM, and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. The Kids Club operates during specific hours throughout the week to accommodate parents who wish to exercise while their children are well taken care of.

Mt Pleasant Plaza, located at Phillip Street, provides the same range of facilities as City Centre.
