Clark Coaching, based in Chesterfield, Derbyshire, is run by Ben Clark. Ben, a student of the University of Derby studying Strength, Conditioning, and Rehabilitation, is a certified Personal Trainer with experience at The Gym Group.

Ben's love for fitness comes from his years in sports. He believes in making fitness enjoyable and not limiting, so his clients can enjoy life while getting fit. Having learned from various trainers, he focuses on safe and healthy fitness plans.

Ben's qualifications include Level 2 Fitness Instructor, Level 3 Personal Trainer, First Aid at Work, and Mental Health First Aid. He offers a range of services to boost physical strength, muscle mass, fat loss, endurance, muscle rehab, and mental health.

Clark Coaching has packages for everyone. The Personal Training Package is for all fitness levels, focusing on form and specific goals to avoid injury and ensure long-term progress. The Muscular Rehabilitation package helps those recovering from injury or illness regain muscle strength safely.

Prefer online help? The Online Coaching package offers a custom 4-week workout and nutrition plan, app access for tracking, regular check-ins, and ongoing support.
