Starting on June 15th, 2024, and wrapping up on July 21st, 2024, this training is the perfect opportunity for those looking to advance in their knowledge of Reformer Pilates or become certified teachers.
Approved by the CThA and insured by Balens Europe BV, this course requires participants to have completed a Pilates Mat Course Level 1 beforehand. The training consists of 28 in-person hours spread over two weekends, with additional homework needed for certification. Our goal is to equip you with the skills and confidence to lead basic to intermediate reformer pilates classes, based on the Classical Repertoire created by Joe Pilates.
With a maximum of 5 students per course, you can expect personalised attention to enhance your learning. We recommend prior experience of at least 20 hours of reformer classes to ensure familiarity with the equipment and exercises. The focus of the training will be on understanding the connections between reformer exercises and mat repertoire, highlighting the importance of mastering matwork before moving on to reformer training. Participants will also learn modifications and progressions to meet the needs of individual students.
