In another systematic review and meta-analysis, Cramer et al. (2013) analysed the effectiveness of yoga for managing low back pain, a common issue. The study included 10 trials with chronic low back pain patients and found strong evidence for short-term and long-term effectiveness of yoga in reducing pain and improving back-specific disability.
