Beginners can borrow gloves for their first few lessons and you'll need to wear shorts and a t-shirt. Additional gear like a mouth guard and MMA gloves will be needed as you progress.
John offers flexible memberships, including unlimited sessions, twice-weekly options, and Junior MMA classes. There are also Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes for all ages.
