Conestoga Karate

Conestoga Karate is a renowned martial arts school located in Kitchener, Ontario, offering authentic Japanese Budo training in Shito-Ryu Karate, Jujitsu, and Iaido, collectively known as Japanese Kobudo. As the Canadian Headquarters of Shuko-Kai International, the school upholds the principles of the Shuko-Kai Way, striving for excellence in training and fostering strong relationships within the martial arts community.

Led by Chief Instructor Mike Wilson, a 6th Dan in Miyake Karate-Do Shuko-Kai and a Shihan in Shuko-Kai International Canada, the school follows the Shuko-Kai International Five Principles, focusing on respect, self-improvement, harmony, mutual support, and excellent character development. In line with these principles, Conestoga Karate offers a range of classes for students to choose from, including beginner classes for those new to martial arts.

Located at 330 Manitou Dr in Kitchener, Conestoga Karate is also actively involved in the community, partnering with organizations such as KidSport Kitchener Waterloo Chapter and participating in initiatives like the World Community Grid.
