Connect and Grow is a wellness program based in Toronto, dedicated to creating a connected community through the practices of yoga and meditation. The program aims to provide accessible and affordable opportunities for individuals to explore and understand themselves on a deeper level, leading to personal growth and inner peace.
As a meditation and yoga instructor, Connect and Grow offers a wide range of practices, tools, and techniques to help individuals on their journey of self-discovery. The program believes that by cultivating a strong connection with oneself, individuals can form meaningful connections with others and contribute to the creation of a harmonious community.
The program acknowledges the traditional territory of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, the Anishinaabe, the Haudenosaunee, and the Wendat peoples on which the community is based. Connect and Grow recognizes the ongoing presence and contributions of Indigenous peoples to the land and is committed to engaging in the process of reconciliation.
Connect and Grow encourages individuals to join in recognizing the importance of Indigenous land and culture in the community, fostering respect, understanding, and collaboration with Indigenous communities. The program is grateful for the opportunity to call this land home and understands the responsibility of being good stewards of it.
