Muay Thai, also known as Thai boxing, is the traditional sport of Thailand and is widely recognised as the Art of 8 Limbs. It involves the use of punches, kicks, knees, and elbows. At Corefit UK, we cater to all levels and abilities, from beginners to experienced fighters.

Our gym boasts top-quality facilities, including two matted areas for grappling and Muay Thai, two competition-sized boxing rings, a studio circuit room with extra boxing bags and functional training equipment, and a dedicated weights area. We offer memberships tailored to individual goals and provide lessons from beginners' level to fighter level.

Under the guidance of Coach Henry, a striking coach to UFC World Champion Leon Edwards and Bellator fighter Fabian Edwards, you will have the opportunity to train with and learn from multiple champions in various disciplines. Our experienced coaches, both male and female, have competed at a competitive level and are passionate about passing on their knowledge.
