With her background as a Yoga and breath teacher, Life Coach, NLP practitioner, Reiki healer, and her studies in the Chinese Five Elements System, Louise takes a holistic approach to guide her clients towards their desired outcomes.

Whether you are a beginner looking to start or continue your Yoga journey, seeking to learn how to breathe well, or aiming to make a change in your life, Louise offers a range of services to cater to your needs. She offers weekly Yoga classes, monthly workshops, CPD courses for Yoga teachers, retreats, and 1-2-1 sessions. Additionally, Louise provides Yin Yoga Teacher Training in both Brighton and Goa, as well as a Chakra & Elements Course available online on-demand.

With an impressive track record, Louise has taught over 4000 hours of Yoga classes since 2012 and is the founder of yogaclassesinbrighton. Uk. She has acquired extensive knowledge in Yin Yoga through her studies with renowned teachers such as Norman Blair, Sarah Powers, Paul Grilley, and Bernie Clarke. Louise is also qualified in Trauma Sensitive Yoga, Chair Yoga, Yoga for Seniors, and Breath as Therapy, among other modalities.

In addition to her expertise in Yoga, Louise is a certified life coach with 15 years of experience and is also a qualified NLP practitioner and Reiki practitioner. She is attuned to the Angelic Multidimensional Healing System and serves as an ambassador for the “Girls Make Your Mark” programme, inspiring young girls to pursue their dreams. Louise is also a pioneer of “Digital Detox Retreats,” recognising the importance of disconnecting from technology for optimal well-being.

Louise's own journey of self-discovery and transformation has fueled her passion to help others create a life that is fulfilling and aligned with who they truly are. Having navigated through personal challenges and made significant changes in her own life, she empathises with clients who are seeking a change but may not yet know what it is or how to achieve it.
