Crookhaven Harbour Sailing Club (CHSC) is gearing up for an exciting summer with their 2024 Summer Sailing Course. Whether you're a beginner looking to dip your toes in the water or a seasoned sailor aiming to advance your skills, there's a level for everyone. From Level 1 to Cadets, CHSC offers a comprehensive ISA accredited training program.
Space is limited due to boat storage constraints in the village, so interested participants are encouraged to apply early. To join the course, aspiring sailors must first become members of CHSC by completing a membership form and submitting the annual family membership fee of €150. Membership applications typically open in January and close before the end of the month.
Once accepted into the program, sailors are required to provide essential information such as contact details, medical history, and swimming proficiency. Payment in full is due by the end of April to secure a spot in the course. For Levels 1 & 2, club dinghies are available for use, but sailors are expected to have their own dinghies by Level 3.
For any questions about the sailing course or becoming a member at CHSC, don't hesitate to contact the Junior Organiser via email. Don't miss out on this opportunity to set sail and experience the thrill of sailing in the beautiful waters of Crookhaven Harbour.
