The gym itself is conveniently located at 2/165 S Creek Rd, Cromer NSW 2099. Inside, members will find over 1000 square metres of training space, providing ample room for all types of workouts. The facility features two dedicated spaces, including 25 racks, a wide selection of dumbbells, rowers, rings, brand new Rogue Echo Bikes, rows of ski ergs, and much more. For those looking for additional training options, CrossFit Chocolate Box also has another space just across the road in their foundation Chocolate Box Training space.
This space includes ceiling climbing ropes and Rogue rigs, perfect for specific hit-outs.

Georgia Welsman, with 7 years of CrossFit experience, competes in competitions such as Torian, Battle of Benton, and Starr Strength Invitational. Maxi Jolley, the founder of CrossFit Chocolate Box, brings his elite sports background and 8 years of fitness industry experience to his coaching. Luke Starr, founder of Starr Strength & Performance, is one of Australia's leading CrossFit coaches and has developed the Starr Strength programme to help athletes reach their full potential.
Jess Green, with a background in competitive gymnastics and a strong passion for CrossFit, provides invaluable expertise in helping athletes become more functional through exercise.
