Curtis offers a distinctive fitness experience grounded in CrossFit principles, a varied high-intensity programme focusing on functional movements like squatting, pulling, and pushing - the types of movements we all do in our daily routines.
At CrossFit Unit 5/Frontline Fitness, there are classes for all fitness levels, whether you’re a newbie or a seasoned gym-goer.
