The class schedule at CrossFit Wirral is designed to accommodate various preferences and lifestyles. From Monday to Friday, classes are available at 6am, 7:15am, 8:30am, 9:45am, 11am, 4:30pm, 5:45pm, and 7pm. On Saturdays, classes are offered at 7am, 8:15am, 9:30am, and 10:45am. The gym is closed on Sundays.
