I am also passionate about women's health and wellness. As a certified Hormone Yoga Therapy instructor, I offer specialised sessions for women experiencing hormonal imbalances, irregular periods, menopause issues, and pelvic floor weakness. These sessions are designed to restore balance and promote overall well-being in a natural and holistic way.

Crystal Yoga Studio is located within the beautiful facility of Crescents Dance Studios in Worcester. The studio is well-equipped with a fitting room, central heating, and good lighting, creating a comfortable environment for yoga practise. There are free car parks available nearby, making it convenient for students to access the studio.
