Cypress Pop-Up Village, located at the first switchback of Cypress Bowl Road in West Vancouver, is a unique and exciting addition to the community. This pop-up village is part of the larger development plan for Cypress Village and Eagleridge, focusing on creating a compact, sustainable mixed-use community with a variety of housing options, retail spaces, public areas, and community amenities.

The proposed Cypress Village will be completed in phases over the next 20–25 years, with a housing mix that includes market and below-market homes, as well as retail and community spaces. The overall goal of this development is to protect over 262 acres of green space in Eagleridge while creating a vibrant and active community in Cypress Village.

The Area Development Plan for Cypress Village and Eagleridge includes statistics such as a total of 3,711 homes, building heights ranging from 2 to 25 storeys, and various community amenities including a school, community centre, and multiple parks. The community benefits of Cypress Village include options for active modes of travel such as walking, cycling, and rollerblading, as well as access to green spaces and recreational facilities.
