Calver, a personal trainer at Bury St Edmunds Rugby Club, established DC Fitness Personal Training to help individuals achieve their health and fitness goals. With over 200 clients, David has a proven track record of success in helping people improve their fitness and change their physiques.

David is a dedicated professional who understands that fitness is a very personal journey. He recognises that each person has unique goals and lifestyles, and therefore tailors his fitness workouts to suit individual needs. Whether you prefer to train in the gym at the rugby club or in the comfort of your own home, David will work around your schedule and preferences.

David's passion for health and fitness began when he first stepped into a gym as a teenager and successfully lost three stone through a combination of diet and exercise. After a career in the music industry, he decided to pursue his passion and obtained a personal training diploma from leading Global International. Since then, he has helped numerous clients reach their health and fitness goals.

Before establishing his own business, David worked at LA Fitness in Bury St Edmunds, where he consistently ranked among the top ten personal trainers on the national trainer league. In 2010, he joined the rugby club and began training many of his clients there. Additionally, David offers home training sessions for clients who prefer to exercise in the comfort of their own space.

Outside of work, David lives in Ixworth with his wife Debbie and their two boys, Tom and Jamie. He holds various certifications, including a diploma in personal training, a diploma in sports massage, certificates in resistance training and cardiovascular training, a certificate in nutrition, and is a certified ViPR Trainer.
