Diving NSW

The level of diving begins at the Learn to Dive level, right through to the competitive State, National, and International levels. There are many levels of involvement in the sport of diving. Opportunities exist for competing, coaching, officiating and volunteering.

Talented diving athletes in NSW have the opportunity to gain selection into the NSW Institute of Sport Diving Programme in Sydney. The NSW State Development and Regional Development Programmes held in conjunction with NSW Institute of Sport which provides great opportunity for athletes vying for selection in the NSWIS programme.

There are a number of diving clubs in NSW from the Sydney Metropolitan and Country regions. Competitions are held in these regions throughout the year. Diving NSW and clubs provides “Come and Try” Diving sessions during the year and everyone will be welcome to participate.
