Run by the amazing Estha Jones, a local rhythmic gymnast and dancer, Dexterity is all about helping kids shine and build confidence while having a blast.

Since it kicked off in 2010, Dexterity's been the go-to spot for all ages and skill levels to get their groove on. Whether you’re into Ballet, Contemporary, Street/Hip Hop, or Jazz, there's something for everyone. They even have Rhythmic Gymnastics, Acrobatics, and martial arts at the Musokan Dojo. The Rage Boys programme is perfect if you’re after boys-only dance classes.

You'll get the chance to show off your skills at cool events like the Dexmas Technical Demonstration in the winter and the Summer Showcase at Castle Theatre, Wellingborough. It's a great way to see how far you’ve come and enjoy performing in front of a crowd.
