Indaba Yoga Studio is thrilled to announce that Sri Dharma Mittra will be gracing their space for a special weekend of immersive yoga experiences. This is a rare chance to learn from a true master and practice yoga in person with him. The weekend will be jam-packed with various sessions and workshops led by Sri Dharma Mittra, delving into different aspects of yoga practice.
Kicking off on Friday evening, the opening program will zero in on the Dharma Yoga Method, with a focus on warm-up techniques and essential poses. Saturday morning will see participants learning about Tapas and enjoying guided relaxation in Shavasana. The afternoon session, Maha Sadhana, will offer a thorough yoga practice incorporating asana, breathing exercises, and deep relaxation. Wrapping it all up on Sunday morning, participants will dive into essential yoga practices and the significance of ethical rules (Yama) in yoga.
This unique opportunity to deepen one's yoga practice and receive guidance from a master yogi will be held from May 17th to May 19th, 2024.
