This course consists of Knowledge Reviews to understand the principles of scuba diving, independent study, confined water training to learn basic skills, and open water dives to practise and develop these skills. To enrol in the PADI Open Water Course, participants must be at least 10 years old, possess adequate swimming skills, and be in good physical health. For those with limited time, Dive@Five also offers the PADI Scuba Diver Course as an alternative.

If you've ever wondered what it feels like to breathe underwater but aren't quite ready for a full course, Dive@Five offers the Discover Scuba Diving programme. This programme allows participants to try out scuba diving in a confined pool under the direct supervision of PADI Professionals. To participate in Discover Scuba Diving, individuals must be at least 10 years old and in reasonably good physical health.
