For those looking for more individualized attention, we offer personal training sessions and private group sessions. Our trainers work closely with clients to create personalized fitness plans and provide the accountability needed to stay on track. We also offer nutritional coaching, with custom meal plans based on individual goals.

At Diverse Training Centre, we believe that fitness should be accessible to everyone. That's why we offer a range of pricing options, including monthly memberships, punch cards, and drop-in rates. In addition, we are currently working on developing an online membership option for those who prefer to workout from home.
