Eagle Eye Wu' Chi Kwon Do believes martial arts provide great benefits for kids, including physical fitness, discipline, focus, and self-confidence. Classes are designed to teach respect and self-control.
For women aged 12 and above, Sensei John offers female-only self-defence classes focusing on fitness, weight loss, confidence building, and techniques to defend against threats. These small classes fill up quickly and run on a first-come, first-served basis, ensuring personalised attention to learn techniques effectively.
Sensei John's team, including a female assistant instructor, ensures a supportive environment for students to thrive physically and mentally. The first class is free, allowing new students to see if it's the right fit before discussing fees and further details.
Eagle Eye Wu' Chi Kwon Do also celebrates student achievements. Recently, three juniors received black belts after a rigorous year of preparation and intense grading. Their success was celebrated at a ceremony and serves as an inspiration to all.
