Master Dale Bryce has an impressive 30-year history in the world of Taekwondo. Over the course of his career, he has secured over 20 international medals for Australia, along with numerous State and National titles. Dale's exceptional achievements have earned him a well-deserved spot in the Shoalhaven Sporting Hall of Fame. He has also gained valuable experience teaching at renowned Taekwondo centres, such as Halls Taekwondo in Melbourne, where several Olympic athletes have trained.
Eclipse Taekwondo takes pride in its commitment to developing State, National, and International champions. With Dale Bryce at the helm, the academy has produced numerous accomplished athletes and hundreds of quality Black Belts. The training timetable at Eclipse Taekwondo offers a variety of classes throughout the week. Little Legends, catering to children aged 3 to 7, focuses on developing essential skills such as listening, focus, balance, coordination, flexibility, and discipline in a fun and friendly environment. The programme for 8 to 13-year-olds is designed to guide students through a structured syllabus, leading them on an exciting journey toward earning their Black Belt and beyond.
For individuals aged 14 and over, Eclipse Taekwondo offers an adult class that combines traditional and sports aspects of Taekwondo. This class is suitable for participants of all skill levels. Additionally, the Flex Fit programme focuses on overall fitness development, including flexibility, strength, and conditioning. Students can also enjoy the benefits of Yoga, cardio, and strength-based circuit training.
Eclipse Taekwondo provides specialised training programmes for different skill levels. These include learning taekwondo poomsae (patterns) and Olympic-style sparring training for yellow belts and above. The Trick It class, designed for ages 8 and above, combines high-level kicking techniques with acrobatics, allowing students to take their skills to the extreme level. This class also incorporates weapons training.
Lastly, the Black Belt class is exclusively available to students aged 14 and above who have achieved black belt status, offering advanced martial arts training.
