Welcome to Emma's Yoga Hut, a small garden studio in Earley, Reading, where Emma offers intimate and personalised yoga instruction. With over 25 years of experience as both a student and teacher of yoga, Emma is passionate about sharing the transformative benefits of this ancient practise.
Emma completed her 500-hour teaching accreditation with the Traditional Yoga Association in Reading between 2016 and 2018. Eager to deepen her knowledge and broaden her teaching skills, she pursued additional qualifications in Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra, completing online courses during the 2020 lockdown. These specialised practises help to cultivate a sense of deep relaxation, restoration, and mindfulness.

Whether you are a beginner or have an established practise, Emma will tailor her classes to suit your individual needs and abilities.
