Maryborough Gymsports invites you to their End of Year Display and Presentations, a spectacular event held annually in late November/Early December. It's a time for all classes and families to come together and witness the amazing progress and talents of the athletes throughout the year.
At this event, you will see much more than just gymnastics routines. The performances include elements of makeup, costumes, music, dance, and drama, making it a truly memorable experience for everyone involved. Each level showcases a demonstration that they have been diligently working on from the end of term 3 to term 4.
Following the thrilling performances, awards are presented to the athletes who competed in the end of year competition. The event also includes acknowledgements of participation for non-competitive/recreational classes, special awards, and 5/10 year membership awards. In past years, the event has featured exciting themes like the 'Christmas Spectacular', with live displays along the Fraser Coast Light Trail.
Come and join Maryborough Gymsports at Walton Gymnastics on Walton Street, Maryborough, QLD 4650 for this year's event. In 2023, the club celebrated the 60th anniversary of trampoline and gymnastics in Maryborough with a modern gymnastics version of the classic Christmas tale 'The Nutcracker'.
