Partner boot camp programmes if that is more suitable for your fitness needs. Our group fitness classes are suitable for individuals of all fitness levels and abilities, as our experienced trainers are able to modify exercises and tailor workouts to suit your individual needs.

In addition to our group fitness classes, we also offer specialised classes for older adults aged 55+ and women's fitness. Our specialised older adults classes, called JOY (Just Older Youth) are designed to help seniors enhance their strength, improve bone and joint health, build muscle tone, and increase energy levels. These classes are held at two different locations: Samford Scout annex and Arana Hills. Our specialised women's fitness classes provide a safe and supportive environment for women to achieve their health and fitness goals.
