We run outdoor group fitness sessions for beginner and advanced levels, plus one-on-one personal training with customised programs including strength and conditioning, sports specific work, rehabilitation and ageing population support.

Where and when do you train?

Sessions run at St Leonards Park in North Sydney. You can choose to train up to 5 days a week, and there are morning outdoor workouts.
