For the little ones (0–3 years), there's a fun parent and toddler play group to help them get moving and improve coordination. Four-year-old preschoolers can join classes designed just for their age, introducing them to basic gymnastics.
Older children and teenagers (5–18 years) have a full programme available, with classes from Monday to Friday and extra sessions on Saturdays. There are multiple time slots, so there's always a convenient time.
For those aged 5–10 years, the exciting Gym Ninja classes mix gymnastics, obstacle courses, and freestyle movement for an action-packed experience.
