Located in Singapore, our centre offers a variety of healing modalities including reiki therapy, sound healing, meditation, yoga, and workplace wellness programmes. Our team of experienced practitioners are here to support you on your journey to wellness.

At exhale healing space, we believe in creating a safe and nurturing environment for our clients to rest and reset. Our goal is to help individuals connect with their physical, emotional, and mental health through personalised reiki or yoga sessions. We also offer practical workshops, such as our rest & reset programme, meditation and sound healing sessions, and chakra workshops, to deepen your understanding of self-care and healing.

For those interested in energy work, we provide reiki courses to empower individuals to take charge of their own self-healing journey. Our workplace wellness programmes offer a buffet of movement and mindfulness activities to help employees create healthier habits and reduce stress in the workplace.

As part of our commitment to giving back, our social arm, “the encore movement project," serves under-served communities by bringing reiki, movement, breathwork, and mindfulness practises to those in need. We also support “The Life Review,” a community initiative that aims to facilitate end-of-life conversations.
