With over 20 years of experience in the yoga industry, Pauline, the founder and lead instructor of Exhale Yoga, is dedicated to providing a welcoming and inclusive space for all students. Her passion for yoga shines through in her teaching style, focusing on mindfulness, breath work, and alignment.
Pauline's classes at Exhale Yoga are tailored to suit students of all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Her online classes are limited to 12 students to ensure personal attention and instruction, replicating the intimate studio class experience. The transition from studio to online classes was seamless during the pandemic, allowing students to continue their practise from the comfort of their own homes.
In addition to regular classes, Exhale Yoga offers corporate wellness programmes, including yoga, Pilates, and meditation courses. These can be organised both online and in live group sessions, providing an opportunity for companies to promote employee well-being and mindfulness.
