Farley Performance Training (FPT)

Farley Performance Training (FPT) is a strength and conditioning, training and rehabilitation service based in Auckland, with gym sessions at Forge Heath Group in Ponsonby and pool-based workouts at AUT Millennium on the North Shore. Led by Dr. Olly Farley (PhD), it supports beginners through to board riders and athletes across sports, focusing on strength, power, mobility, endurance, and injury recovery. It includes year-round training programmes and offers online assessments and training programmes.
