At the Feel Good Yoga Shala in Warlingham CR6 9DF, classes are held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Additionally, the Selsdon Centre for the Retired (by Sainsburys) hosts a session every Wednesday from 6:45 pm to 7:45 pm.
