Island Yacht Club is excited to announce the Fishing Competition 2024 taking place on the 29th of June. Anglers of all skill levels are invited to showcase their talents and compete for prizes in categories such as the biggest Bass, Skate, and Smoothound. The competition kicks off bright and early at 7am, so make sure to set your alarms following high water at 06:54.
After a full day of fishing, participants will return to the yacht club by 6:30pm for an awards ceremony, refreshing drinks, and delicious burgers. Although only IYC boats are allowed to enter, non-members are more than welcome to join in on the fun. Interested anglers must secure their spot by paying a registration fee of £25 per person, and entry forms should be submitted to Paul Wood no later than 1st June 2024.
