You can choose to train alone, with a personal trainer, or with a group in a class, depending on your preference and schedule.
The club has dedicated studios for group exercise and includes a yoga studio, GX studio, cycling studio, and freestyle boxing area, plus mind and body spaces.
Class access is by booking ahead; walk-ins are not mentioned, and booking one class per day is encouraged to share capacity.
