Welcome to Fitstop Southgate, the Home of Functional Fitness located in Southgate Square S/C in Morphett Vale. This gym is all about community, vibe, and making everyone feel comfortable. Many of our members were initially nervous about training but had goals they wanted help to achieve. The best feeling is having a group of like-minded members celebrating your effort with you, and many of them have become friends after just a few sessions.
Fitstop Southgate offers athlete-inspired progressive training that is scalable for everyone. Whether you consider yourself an athlete or a beginner, you'll find a place in our strength and conditioning style workouts planned for you each and every day. We believe that everyone is an everyday athlete, and if you're not there yet, don't worry, we'll help you get there together. The Fitstop session will undoubtedly be the best hour of your day.

The team at Fitstop Southgate is led by dedicated trainers who are passionate about fitness and helping others. Hannah Delaine, one of our trainers, became a personal trainer because she loves the gym and the energy you feel during a great workout. She wanted a job where she could help people every day. Ray Wilson, our Head Trainer, loves all types of physical activity and became a fitness instructor to support people on their life journeys.

Fitstop Southgate is now under new ownership, with Daniel and Tanya Sims taking the reins. They are thrilled to bring the Fitstop community to the southern suburbs and are excited to meet each one of you. Daniel participated in a group fitness class a few years ago and was amazed by the motivational energy and vibe from the fitness community. He knew then that helping others was a more rewarding opportunity than retail management.
Together, Daniel and Tanya are making their dream of creating a fitness community a reality.
