With a background in Surrey Police, Army Officer, and Royal Marines Commando fitness assessments, Tom brings his experience and knowledge to his clients. With five years of experience as a self-employed personal trainer, Tom caters to individuals of all abilities and fitness goals, offering guidance in improving muscular strength and endurance, cardiovascular fitness, and body composition.
