FlipFit

FlipFit provides personal training and group fitness in Ferntree Gully, focused on fun, community and progress through movement, mobility and athletic development. Sessions suit people with absolutely no experience through to experienced athletes, with initial consultations used to match training to current fitness levels. The coaching is led by founder and head coach Daz Inkster, described as an elite gymnast and Cirque du Soleil acrobat with experience coaching for film and TV. It is a team environment aimed at wellbeing and lifestyle balance.
