On Millpond Street in Ross-on-Wye, Laura’s Flipz Gymnastics Club is the go-to spot for budding gymnasts aged 4 to 17. This club is all about making gymnastics fun while delivering top-notch guidance. They’re proud members of British Gymnastics and have a Proficiency Award Scheme to recognise gymnasts' progress with certificates and badges.
Laura, the Head Coach and founder, has been into gymnastics since she was 8. After a successful stint as a competitive gymnast, she switched to coaching at 16. With her own daughters in the mix and a friend’s request to run a school club, Flipz was born. Starting in school gyms and village halls, they got their own facility in 2019. Now, they offer recreational classes, advanced sessions for top talent (invite only), and even school sessions during term time.
