If you do need to eat something, try to have a light snack at least an hour before class. How often should I practise?
This is completely up to you and your schedule. We recommend starting with 2–3 classes per week and adjusting as needed. How long are the classes? Most of our classes are 60 minutes long, but we also offer 75 and 90-minute classes for those who want a longer practise.
Do I need to be flexible to do yoga? Absolutely not! Yoga is for everybody, regardless of flexibility or fitness level. Our experienced teachers will guide you through modifications and variations to make the practise accessible for you.
