Fly With Me is an aerial fitness training studio located in Toronto, founded by Diane McGrath Lokos in September 2012. Diane, an accomplished aerial performance artist, brings her years of experience as an aerialist with various troupes to her classes. The studio offers fun, progressive, and adult aerial fitness classes for women and men of all shapes and sizes. Classes are available for all age groups and are designed to be inclusive and welcoming to all levels of experience.
At Fly With Me, students can expect to be guided through a safe progression of movements, starting from beginner level on the ground before moving into the air. Classes focus on injury prevention, strength building, and learning fundamental movements that lay the groundwork for more complex aerial sequences on trapeze, silks, rope, and hoop. Each class is taught by a professional aerialist, ensuring that students receive high-quality instruction and support throughout their fitness journey.
In addition to regular classes, Fly With Me also offers creative workshops for students and the aerial community to further their education and skill development. Diane McGrath Lokos also has a private studio in Roncesvalles Village, with an outdoor rig for private and semi-private classes at her home. This allows for a more personalized and intimate learning experience for those looking to take their aerial fitness to the next level.
