For those who prefer a more flexible approach, Fortisfitness&strength offers online training. Clients receive a monthly fitness plan via email, which can be either standard or customised to their specific goals. This option allows individuals to workout at their own pace and convenience while still benefiting from professional guidance.

For those interested in online training, a standard monthly plan costs 30, while a bespoke plan with one personal training session a month is priced at 70.
