Karen Lawson Andy is an amazing trainer who truly cares about his clients. He takes the time to tailor workouts to individual needs and goals, and provides constant support and encouragement. I love the small group training sessions because they are fun, dynamic, and push me to achieve more than I thought possible. Foster Fitness is definitely the best gym I've ever been to.
