On proper nutrition to support your fitness goals. This includes creating a balanced meal plan that is tailored to your specific needs and preferences. I believe that food should be enjoyable and nourishing, and I will help you make sustainable changes to your diet that will benefit your overall health and wellbeing.

Strength training is a fundamental component of my programme. I will guide you through effective strength-building exercises that will help you develop lean muscle mass, increase your metabolism, and improve your overall strength and stability. Whether you're a beginner or experienced lifter, I will ensure that your workouts are challenging and progressive to continually push you towards your goals.

Mobility is key to maintaining healthy joints and preventing injuries. I will incorporate mobility exercises and stretching techniques into your training sessions to improve your range of motion, flexibility, and posture. This will not only enhance your performance during workouts but also improve your quality of life outside the gym.

If you are pregnant or have recently given birth, I offer specialised pre and post-natal fitness programmes. These programmes are designed to help you stay active and healthy during pregnancy, as well as regain strength and fitness postpartum. I will provide guidance on safe and effective exercises that are tailored to your changing body and specific needs.

During our initial consultation, I will assess your needs and goals, and perform a movement screening to identify any muscular imbalances. From there, we will work together to create a structured programme that focuses on strength training, mobility, and nutrition. I will provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure that you stay motivated and on track towards achieving real, lasting results.
