Grades without taking exams. Modern Modern dance is a contemporary form of dance that combines elements of ballet, jazz, and other dance styles. At Freedom and Form, our modern dance classes follow the syllabus set by the ISTD (Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance). These classes focus on developing strength, flexibility, and coordination, while also encouraging creativity and self-expression.
Tap Tap dance is a rhythmic style of dance that involves creating percussion sounds with the feet. Our tap classes at Freedom and Form are also taught according to the ISTD syllabus. Students learn various tap techniques and rhythms, building their skills and musicality. Acro Dance Acro dance combines the elements of dance and acrobatics to create impressive and dynamic routines.
Our acro dance classes follow the Acrobatic Arts programme, ensuring safe and progressive training for students of all levels.
