Welcome to FREESTYLE MMA, a martial arts school located in Windang, Australia. We specialise in helping people of all ages have the best possible journey into fitness and mixed martial arts. Whether you're a child, a woman, or an adult, we have something for everyone at our gym.
Our team of dedicated and experienced coaches are here to guide you on your martial arts journey. Head Coach Joe Lopez leads the team, along with Alex Volkanovski, Colby Thicknesse, Tara Long, and Trish Evans. Each coach brings their unique expertise to the table, ensuring that you receive top-notch training and guidance.
At FREESTYLE MMA, we offer a comprehensive timetable of classes to suit every individual's needs and preferences. Our classes include kids classes, female-only classes, adult classes, and even a fight team for those interested in taking their skills to the next level. We also offer tryouts for our fight team, providing an opportunity for talented individuals to join our roster of fighters.
In our kids classes, not only will your child become more confident, but they will also become more disciplined. We aim to build your child's confidence and increase their physical fitness and well-being. Our mini warriors classes are specifically designed for children ages 4-6, providing an introduction to MMA in a fun and friendly environment. We prioritise natural motor development and skill-building from the ground up.
